At The Lucky Paw, we stand behind every item we include in our scoops. Because our products are curated from high-quality small brands, we want every customer to feel confident placing an order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Mystery Scoop Nature

Please be aware that all scoops are mystery products — the specific items included are not disclosed prior to purchase. By purchasing a scoop, you acknowledge and accept that the contents are randomized and that this is part of the experience. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based solely on a customer not liking or already owning a particular item.

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

       An item in your scoop arrives damaged or broken

       An item in your scoop is defective or not functioning as intended

       Your order is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery

       You receive the wrong scoop tier than what you ordered

       An item poses a genuine safety concern for your pet

 

In any of the above situations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theluckypaw.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

What We Cannot Refund

       Items your pet simply does not like or refuses to use

       Opened treat bags or consumable items

       Dissatisfaction with the mystery nature of the scoop

       Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

       Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Add-Ons: TikTok Video & Mystery Ball

The $5 TikTok Video add-on is non-refundable once the video has been filmed and posted. If we are unable to film your video for any reason, a full refund of the add-on fee will be issued.

 

The $10 Mystery Ball add-on is subject to the same return conditions as the main scoop. If the premium item included in your Mystery Ball is damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund for the add-on fee.
