The Lucky Paw LLC is a small business based in Centennial, Colorado, operating under Colorado state law. We sell premium pet mystery scoops for dogs and cats, sourced from independent small brands.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on theluckypaw.shop. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Products & Mystery Nature

All scoops sold by The Lucky Paw are mystery products. The specific items included in each scoop are not disclosed prior to purchase and will vary from order to order. No two scoops are guaranteed to be identical. By purchasing, you accept the mystery nature of our products.

 

We make every effort to include items appropriate for the pet type specified at checkout (dog or cat). However, we cannot guarantee that every item will suit every individual pet's preferences, dietary needs, or sensitivities. Please review all product ingredients and consult your veterinarian if you have concerns about specific items.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our checkout platform.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

TikTok Video Add-On

By purchasing the TikTok Video add-on, you grant The Lucky Paw permission to film, edit, and post a video of your scoop being packed to our TikTok account (@the.lucky.paw). If you provide your TikTok handle, we may tag you in the video. You may request to not be tagged at any time before the video is posted by contacting info@theluckypaw.shop. Once posted, videos may remain on our TikTok account indefinitely.

Intellectual Property

All content on theluckypaw.shop, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Lucky Paw and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Lucky Paw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Pet Health Disclaimer

The Lucky Paw LLC is not responsible for any adverse reactions, allergies, or health issues that may arise from the use of products included in our scoops. It is the customer's responsibility to review all product contents and consult a veterinarian before introducing new treats, toys, or accessories to their pet.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
