3. Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
The Lucky Paw currently ships within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. We hope to expand shipping in the future — follow us on TikTok (@the.lucky.paw) for updates.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed by hand. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time of your order for your scoop to be packed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If you have purchased the TikTok Video add-on, your order may take an additional 1 business day to process while we film and post your video.
Shipping Timeframes
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Lucky Paw is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the error was made by The Lucky Paw.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and around your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@theluckypaw.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
The Lucky Paw is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@theluckypaw.shop. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed or shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at info@theluckypaw.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
